50 BOOKS IN 2012

I have this huge post forming in my head with a bucket-list of sorts that is manageable but I haven't found the necessary motivation to type it out so for now I'll start with this.

Read 50 books during 2012.

Last year? I probably read double this.  This year? A baby is being delivered via my body and I believe it will eat up all of my free time and energy.  This means that reading 50 books and attending school full time, oh and working, could be quite the challenge.  I'm up for this though! So here we go, this will be the running list:

The Hunger Games
Catching Fire
Mockingjay
Millie's Fling
Wife by Wednesday
The Wedding Gift
A Previous Engagement
The Trouble With Valentines Day
Love Unlisted
Divorced, Desperate and Delicious
The Man Who Left
Betting on Hope
On The Island
Game For Love
The Best of Me
50 Shades of Grey
50 Shades Freed
50 Shades Darker
The Wife of Reilly
Jailbird
Slammed
Love Will Find A Way
The Fault in our Stars
Baby Wise
The Perks of Being a Wallflower
The Scourge
Ella & Micha

  1. I actually read a lot right after I had Lyla, like 3 of the twilight books in a month and a half. I just read while I was breast feeding, sometimes while she slept..

    1. I really, really liked it! I hope you do too! Besides what I've learned in school, I've never read anything slave related, so whether this is fictitious or not, there was definitely a lot of truth to it which was very enlightening to me. I found it very interesting and hard to put not! Not predictable at all. Be sure to let me know what you think when you finish it!

    2. I finished it! When it comes to books, it's hard for me to find a book that I don't like, haha. So I liked it! I read it with a bunch of girls, and some liked it and others didn't. But I was a fan! My roommates finished before me and told me there was a surpise ending, so I wasn't as surprised as I should have been, haha. But regardless I really liked the story line, it definitely kept me entertained and there were points where I couldn't put it down! And it was very enlightening to me, too! Have you read The Help? I'm sure you have or at least have heard of/seen the movie, but I LOVED that book. Not about slavery, but the same racism topics. So so good! If you liked The Wedding Gift, I highly recommend it! And now that I've written a whole essay, I'll stop. Happy Friday :)

    3. I am the same way!!! Oh that stinks that she kind of blew it for you, I was totally surprised!!! So glad that you liked it. I have read The Help, in December I think, and I really loved it. I flew through it and was sad when it was over. If you have any book suggestions for me, I'd love to hear! I'm on amazon right now trying to find a new one!!!
