A 2012 GOAL

I made a goal to read 50 books throughout the course of 2012.

I successfully read 28 books and am currently on my 29th book but doubt that it will be finished by the end of the year (unless Cooper decides to knock my socks off with a super long nap).

My favorite books were The Fault in Our Stars, The Perks of Being a Wallflower and The Wedding Gift.

I've already placed a few orders on Amazon to kick off my 2013 reading!  I'm planning to start off with The Happiness Project and then The Boy in the Striped Pajamas.  I've been hearing that Gone Girl is incredibly addicting so I'll probably be purchasing that book too!

I'm thinking my goal for 2013 will be to read 40 books, something a little more attainable!

I'll be doing an actual new years resolution post soon!

If you have any books suggestions I'd love to hear them.

  1. I read all three of those this year and liked them all too! Hmm what were some of my favorites this year. I really liked Bloom and Unbroken, not sure if you've already read those. And I'm reading Life of Pi right now, and loving it! Reading is the best :)

  3. Reading is the best! The Fault In Our Stars & Perks were some of my favorites this year too! Gone Girl is definitely on the list. Some of my other favorites were Divergent, Pandemonium, and I finally started the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich which I loved. My goal for next year is 35 (ten more than this year). :) Happy New Year!!
